OUR CLASSES

GROUP TRAINING
Group classes are one hour and include a coach-led warm-up, skill, weightlifting or gymnastics component and a WOD (workout of the day). Most classes will end with a coach-led cool-down. If you enjoy the camaraderie of other athletes, cheering them on and having them cheer you on, group classes are for you!
Personal Training

Personal training sessions will be scheduled around the schedule of the athlete and the coach. Personal training sessions can be conducted one-on-one or two-on-one if the athlete signed up with a friend or partner. We offer ½ hour and 1 hour sessions.
