SCHEDULE

All CFBC classes are conducted in a group manner. Each athlete will do a coach led warm-up followed by a strength or skill portion and then the workout. All classes last one hour long and start promptly on the half hour. Athletes arriving more than ten minutes late will be asked to workout with the next class so not to disrupt the flow of the current class. CFBC does not currently offer open gym hours.
