CFBC FREE WEEK TRIAL
At CFBC we believe in trying before you buy. Our Free Trial is three CrossFit classes over a one week period. We suggest attending every other day. This will allow your body to feel the affects of a CrossFit workout with time to recover in between.
Whether your goal is to find a new workout routine, lose weight or become a CrossFit competitor, we'll help you achieve those goals! There is NO OBLIGATION after the trial - we can help you achieve your goals but the commitment is up to you.
Free Trial classes can be done during any of our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes. Trial classes cannot be completed during Barbell Club hours.
